Shipping and return info


Product returns:

An unused product may be returned to us within 14 days from collecting the parcel. Return rights for electrical components are restricted. Contact us before sending us an electric part.

If your return is due to a complaint, such as a defect in the product or a missing item from your order, please contact us before sending the item back. This allows us to focus on resolving the issue rather than processing a return.

In Finland, you can return a parcel to us by using this Matkahuolto service, or you can hand the parcel over at R-Kioski, K-Market, or some other Matkahuolto service point. Make sure to write "Wandamotor 9514637" on top of the parcel.

Important: Attach your credentials to the parcel! Write your name, e-mail address and order number inside the parcel. We need this information to process your refund.

The best way to ensure all necessary information is included is to fill and attach the product return form below to the parcel.

After sending us the parcel, all you have to do is wait. We usually process the returned parcel within 2 days of receiving it. Considering the delivery time of the return package and the processing time, it may take 1–2 weeks for the refund to be completed.

If you're returning products from outside of Finland, contact us.

We're not able to receive returns from outside of EU.


Price

The price includes VAT. Within Finland the shipping cost is 5,90€. The shipping cost to EU-countries is 10€ (exl. Sweden, which costs only 7,90€). The cost to non-EU-countries is 28€. The Norwegian krone prices are are shown WITH VAT.


Delivery time

Delivery time inside Finland is 2-5 working days. Delivery outside of Finland is approximately from one to two weeks from making the order. You will receive a notice if there are changes in the delivery time. In such case you have a right to change or cancel the order.


Delivery

Orders inside Finland are Delivered by Matkahuolto. Orders overseas are delivered by DPD or GLS. The package will be delivered to your local post office. You will receive a SMS message when your order is ready to be picked up.


Parcels left uncollected

Please note that that parcels that are not picked up by the customer are not protected as a cancelled order by the consumer protection law. Parcel delivery & return fees from uncollected orders are charged from the customer.


Payment

Orders in Finland, Sweden and Norway can be payed with Klarna. Klarna allows you to pay with Klarna Account, invoice, Visa & Mastercard or bank transfers. Outside of this region you can pay with credit card.


Delivery to Åland

You can order to Åland without VAT by choosing Åland from our drop-down menu of Countries. This way you'll only pay VAT to the Customs upon picking up the parcel. If Åland has mistakenly been chosen as the destination Country, the order will be deleted.

Please be aware that the VAT will not be removed from the order afterwards if Åland has not been chosen as the destination country.


Delivery to Norway

Our prices do include Norwegian VAT 25% which makes ordering from Norway easy. Just create an order and pick it up from your desired location  you don't have to worry about customs. The delivery to Norway costs 29 €.


Delivery to Sweden

The delivery to Sweden costs 7,90 €.
